It features a top that holds 24 1/6 size food pans, dual-sided design, heavy-duty pan supports, 4 epoxy-coated wire shelves, ability to perform in ambient temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, insulated lid, 1 10"" deep and 1 12"" deep cutting board for prep work, 1/3 hp compressor, and R290 refrigerant. "
