Description
This 11” stainless steel basting spoon serves a number of purposes in the kitchen. Its wide, shallow bowl allows cooks to scoop up broth easily, and baste entrees without having to tip the pan. Its solid bowl surface allows for maximum liquid retention within the spoon. The bakelite handle is heat-resistant to 230-degree Fahrenheit, and includes a notch that will prevent the spoon from slipping into the dish.
