Let’s start with the performance. HS6N-1 Slicer13” H.d 120V is equipped with a 13” knife which has a superalloy edge that stays sharp for a long period of time. It lasts 2 to 3 times longer than a carbon-coated or stainless steel knives.
When it comes to safety, there are numerous features that allow it to stand apart from its competition. The slicer’s with non-removable knife present with zero exposure to user and is completely safe to use. Thanks to a gauge plate that remains closed during both cleaning and sharpening operation. In case of power failure, the slicer needs to be restarted manually. So, no-volt release in case of power on.
The HS6N-1 Slicer is also equipped with a 1/2Hp knife-driven motor with a reverse power option. It runs at 430 rpm for the finest result. There is a top-mounted Borazon stone sharpener that is ware-washer safe and can hone your blade in just 15 seconds.
The base is made of Aluminum, very easy to clean. S/S top cover along with a spring kickstand that helps to hold the slicer in a tilted position for easy cleaning. The rear-mounted removable meat grip arm is ergonomic-friendly and swings out when not in use.
The HS6N-1 slicer has carriage capable of taking food up to 12 inches in width or 7inch in dia. It is capable to cut any slice thickness up to 1”.
