The unit has 4 heavy-duty burners with their own stable flame and each burner has manual control which allows you to choose which burner will be used. So the total output of 4 burners is 128,000 BTUs. Each burner is made of heavy-duty cast iron with a standing pilot that provides instant ignition.
The 12” x 12” heavy-duty cast iron burner top grates can be lifted up for easy cleaning. This allows the cookware to slide from burner to burner without lifting to prevent spills and injuries.
The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel, so it is durable and corrosion-resistant.
For additional stability and flexibility, 4-burner hotplate has adjustable legs.
