Its top holds 12 1/6 size food pan, and features heavy-duty pan supports, two epoxy-coated wire shelves per section, smooth performance in ambient temperatures of 100 degrees Fahrenheit, CFC and HCFC-free foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation, insulated lid, 10" deep cutting board for prep work, 1/4 hp compressor and R290 refrigerant.
