Uniworld Persada Int'l UVS-9516 Shredder Plate for VS9 (5/16") is a stainless-steel shredding disc that is used with Hobart mixers, meat choppers, grinders and power drives. This disc can be easily installed and removed from the disc holder, and it has 5/16" shredding holes.
