Description
This VGB3 model rotisserie broiler boasts three double burners and an upper motor drive with a 1 rpm speed and left/right rotation capabilities. Each burner has independent heat control knobs for precise temperature adjustment, and the skewer can be easily adjusted backward or forward to accommodate different cooking needs. While it comes fitted for Natural Gas, it's convertible to Liquid Propane with included fittings. With a meat capacity of 88 lbs (40 kg) and a spit height of 28.7", this broiler is suitable for various cooking tasks. It measures 22.4" in length, 17.7" in width, and 38.9" in height, weighing 53 lbs (24 kg). The unit offer 33,268 total BTU/h, with each burner capable of delivering 3.25 kW of power.
