Our store hours are Monday – Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm PST. Please call (800) 328 – 6688 during the holidays for our special hours.

Yes, we can certainly help you place an order through the phone. We require a credit card authorization form to be filled out to complete the purchase.

We accept returns for store credit if items are unused and in original packaging. Restocking fee may apply.

A membership is not required to shop at our stores or online. However, if you join our free membership program, you will receive additional benefits, specials and event invitations.

Yes, we match prices on all our stocking items. We will also try to match all non-stock prices to the best of our abilities.
Do you sell used equipment?
We typically do not sell used equipment, but feel free to check out our clearance section for our dent, scratched, and demo items for huge savings!

What if I want to buy an item that I don’t see online?
Our stores carry a larger selection than what you see online but in the event that we do not carry the item you want, please feel free to contact us to speak with a sales consultant and we will utilize our vast manufacturer and dealer network to get our hands on what you need or point you in the right direction.

Who do I contact if I am having problems with my equipment?
To resolve equipment related issues smoothly, manufacturers are now requiring individuals to either contact them directly or an authorized service agent. However, we are always here to facilitate and expedite requests should you have difficulty with the service call.
Do you offer product demonstrations or training?
We have product demonstrations and product trainingings every week at our stores. In addition, we have a test kitchen at our Irvine location where business owners and chefs can test products and train their team prior to opening. We also utilize the gas company’s test kitchen and rep groups for on-requested demos that often, include free samples.
