Beyond appliance specifications, Eric’s network of maintenance and repair contacts has also ensured that I keep my restaurant doors open at all times. He also understands that I am extremely busy and ensures that deliveries are made when convenient to me, and not just for his delivery team. What makes Eric truly memorable is his extra level of hospitality in an industry that prioritizes service. On our soft open weekend for the second restaurant, Eric was one of the first customers and brought us an enormous bouquet of flower. Restaurant owners can be a demanding bunch, but Eric’s friendly and positive attitude are refreshing to see outside of retail dining rooms. If equipment is not performing to specification, as a new pasta maker did this past year, he remains calm despite my own rising level of panic. Instead, he turns our attention toward finding solutions, where his competency reassures me. I am lucky to have Eric as my sales representative. Every time I seek him out, I know I will find solutions to my problems and not just recommendations to look elsewhere. In fact, after five years of working together, he truly feels like an important part of my team. Restaurants are all about service and Eric matches—and exceeds—that when it comes to equipment sales.
