Your staff has always been friendly and helpful, many times going above and beyond the scope of their duties. We would especially like to commend Paul Cheung. His knowledge and experience has helped us make the right equipment choices time and time again. He is always on top of things and constantly reminding us of lead times and delivery schedules. Even when there have been issues with equipment, he initiated the repair process and acted as a Liaison with the equipment manufacturer. The pricing at Action has always been the lowest around. We have done price comparisons before buying and have come to realize that Action's price has never been beaten!
