I was traveling out in Nashville and discovered a dish – Nashville Hot Chicken that flipped my mind and I never had anything like it. It was so spicy and memorable of a dish that I really wanted to introduce it to the city of Los Angeles. I wanted to make something simple and relatable so that everyone could get a piece of it. After doing some research, meeting with families, understanding the culture and the stories behind it – Howlin’ Rays was born.

My overall experience with Action Sales has been great! Shout out to Eric and Peter, they’ve helped me out. I like to have one place where I get my equipment from. Sometimes I give them a list of previous equipment that I’ve ordered because something may be broken and then I send someone to conveniently pick it up. If you have a good relationship with your kitchen supply store, it can be mutually beneficial.
